Shine!- the first video we EVER created :-)

No one is going to discover fire. It's already been done. So, we take advantage of the fire we already have- and don't think a second thing about it.

Oddly enough, we forget other things are like fire, too. That is, we don't have to reinvent them. They're things that are already ready to be used. And, when we get down to it, we see that some of these things actually work naturally... with a certain ease to them.

In other words, you can't mess it up!

• When you share your fire with others, they receive the same fire you've got- not some other kind of fire. That is, leaders tend to reproduce who we are- not what we want others to be!

And,

• You have to be in close proximity to hand off a fire- in other words, relationships matter!

• Fire is not quenched. It will burn as long as there is fuel. This is true with your business, too. Work it- and it will keep working for you. It's- no, you- are unstoppable!
