These events are always great times to connect with your team, learn about new products (and biz building tips), and get a momentum boost….

Nathan, a YL exec was at this most recent one, was helped Cristy and I trouble-shoot and strategy a few business opportunities before us. At some point he asked us, “Have you heard about ‘Help Five’?”
We hadn’t.
I assumed it was some new program YL was rolling out. Something that would require keeping up with points in some complicated sort of way…
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
“Some of the Young Living execs studied some of the most successful people in the business,” Nathan replied, “people who are crushing the highest ranks. Diamond. Crown Diamond. Royal Crown…”
He continued, “They wanted to know, What do those builders have that others don’t… yet?”
In other words, What is their “secret sauce”?
Turns out, they all have their unique ways of doing things. Some build through Instagram. Some work belly-to-belly. Others host large classes. Others have grown with small niche markets…
There is one consistent factor, though. Nathan referred to it as “Help Five.”
Turns out, every person that’s growing consistently enrolls new members AND moves people to Essential Rewards. Even as they “burn through” their warm market, they continue with these two activities…
Again, there’s no set program for this. This is simply an observable trend- something a few of the execs noticed when they stood off to the side, looked in, then starting looking for repeating patterns across all kinds of successful business builders…

Here’s how it works:
- You receive 1 point for each new member you enroll.
- You receive 1 point for each person you enroll in Essential Rewards.
The goal at the end of the month… is to score AT LEAST 5 points (sure, you can “go over” and amass as many points as you’d like).
That means you can score 5 points by….
- Enrolling 5 new members
- Enrolling 4 and having 1 more join Essential Rewards
- Enrolling 2 and having 3 join Essential Rewards

It’s kinda freeing isn’t it?
There’s no contest, no official scorecard… just an easy target for you to keep track of, to make sure you’re working a consistent pace over the long haul (consistently REALLY IS one of the most important aspects of this biz).

What would happen if you help 5? Yeah, you'd grow by 500 OGV that month...
What if you helped 10 leaders on your team help 5? Yeah... 5,000 OGV!
What if it kept going...? What if you had 25 doing this? Or 50...? Or hundreds!?!
