Comp Plan MinVid 6: Elite Express

When you enroll as a wholesale member of Young Living, you're known as a Distributor. The vast majority of Young Living's members remain Distributors, as they choose not to work YL as a business. 

However, as you work your business and grow to 500 OGV (Organizational Group Volume, meaning all of the sales in your total organization) you become a Star. That's the second rank in YL. Again, every bit of the volume in your entire organization counts- including your own purchases. You can easily hit Star by enrolling 3 friends, placing an order yourself, and offering a few upsells so that your team members hit the monthly promos.

Once you hit Star, though, the "clock" starts on the Elite Express program. You'll want to hit Executive, the next rank, within 3 months...

(Note: you have 3 full months, meaning Day 1 of the first full month AFTER you hit Star is when the clock begins... so, if you hit Star on the 15th of this month, the clock doesn't begin until the 1st of next month- got it? This is true of each of the following ranks, too.)

Watch the video and then follow the pics…  the "superhero" (you) travel across the timeline on the graphics. Each notch represents one month. Effectively, the moment you hit Star is Day 0; Day 1 begins the first day of the following month.

We're going to work to hit the following:

• Executive by the end of month 3
• Silver by the end of month 9
• Gold by the end  of month 15
• Platinum by the end of month 20
