Comp Plan MinVid 3: Unilevel Commission

From Day 1 that you’re a wholesale member of Young Living, you’re eligible for the Unilevel Commission. That’s a fancy phrase that means this- you get paid 8% of the eligible commissionable sales from your Level 1 and 5% of the sales from your Level 2. 

As you rank up, your commission reaches an additional level deeper with each rank- all the way up to Executive. There, you max out at 5 levels deep (8, 5, 4, 4, 4 % for levels 1-5, respectively). 

The difference between Distributor and Start is just 0-500 OGV. Hit it, and you’re rewarded with that extra level of commission…

I remember when Cristy bumped from Senior Star to Executive and brought home that 5th level. It amounted to a few hundred $$$$- well worth it.
