Comp Plan MinVid 1: Enroller & Sponsor
Jul 05, 2017
You HAVE an Enroller and a Sponsor, and- if you have ANYONE in your Downline at all- you’re at least a Sponsor. Perhaps you’re the Enroller, too…
What’s the difference?
The Enroller is the person who “signs someone up” in YL. They use their member number and are awarded the Fast Start & Start Living Bonus (all other commissions are related to the Sponsor- these 2 uniquely connect to the Enroller).
The Sponsor is the person’s direct upline. It denotes their “location” in the organization.
Now, the Enroller and the Sponsor- by default- are the same person. However, you might enroll someone and place them for sponsorship somewhere else on your team (or, your upline might have blessed you with this gift).
Why would you want to separate the roles?
Well, you might want to build a specific leg (you only need 6-7, not 12, 20, or 253- as I’ve seen before!).
Or you might want to place people together who will be working together (to encourage comraderie and teamwork).
Or you might want to delegate in a specific way…
It’s your biz, so it’s up to you. Just remember, you don’t need a too many legs, so plan to keep everything tight by enrolling and then strategically sponsoring people on your first few levels- under people who are going to build the biz with you.
