Get to Silver as fast as you can, because...

Silver is the place in the Young Living compensation plan where things start to get, well... interesting.

(If you haven't reviewed the video on the comp plan and gotten a grasp of the first few ranks, you may want to go here first.)

Before you hit Silver, you're eligible for the Fast Start Bonus & the Start Living Bonus (payments made when you enroll someone), as well as the Unilevel Commission. In addition, you can earn the Rising Star Bonus. Things get interesting when you hit Silver, however.

At Silver, you get paid in at least 6 ways... 

Remember, Silver requires 10,000 OGV and two legs at 4,000 each- at least. It's a significant milestone, attested by the fact that Young Living sends you no an all-expenses paid trip to one of their farms if you maintain it for three months in a row. There are other rewards, too!

Anyway, at Silver, you receive a stack of payouts that includes:

• Fast Start / Start Living Bonus
• Unilevel Commission

Those were mentioned above. However, you also receive:

• Generation Share(s) for yourself (more with each rank)
• Generation Commissions for your Personal Generation (2.5%)
• Generation Share(s) for the Silvers and higher rankers below you
• Generation Commissions for the Silver and higher rankers below you (3%)
