Generations 2- Generation Shares

If you can count by one, you can sketch this part of the comp plan on the back of a napkin. Shoot, we think if you can count by one, you can do the entire thing- once you know where to start :-)

Shares... easy enough... 

1 for Silver, 2 for Gold, 3 for Platinum, 4 for Diamond, 5 for Crown, 6 for Royal...

How deep to they go...? How many Generations "low" in your family tree to you get paid?

Here's a hack to help you understand it- You can paid "1" PLUS however many legs you needed to rank up...

Silver = 3 generations deep (you, plus 2 deep- and, remember, you needed two legs to hit this rank- Silver = 10 OGV w/ 2 legs at 4K).

Gold = 4 generations deep (you, plus 3 deep... recall... you needed 3 legs of 6K with 35K OGV to hit this rank).

Platinum = 5 generations deep...

Crown = 6 deep...

Royal Crown = 7 deep.

Boom! You can count by one = you've got it!
